Went to BSC yesterday after work and have a great dinner with Mr Furby.
Felt really full and bloated so I decided to window shop and found a shop Choo Choo Train.
Aemil will surely go wild to see all the trains.
Wanted to buy some Thomas cuppy for Aemil but tak jadi coz we felt that we havent really browse around the other malls for that.Afraid that there will be more nicer designs.

Have a few meet ups with my girls for the past 2 weeks.

The first one was a dinner with miza,put and ayu in KLCC after work.it was nice to catch up especially miza coz we hardly meet.

The second one was with Aisyah at Chilli's BSC.We have not met for sooo longg...it was a nice lunch!

Last 2 weeks we went to the hot air ballon fair in putrajaya.

The crowd was huge!!

We were able to park far from the fair but fortunately for us,we can see all the balloon up in the air together at the same time..

Well it's been 1 year and 1 month since my last blog post.

I hate this introduction bit again as i have done this more than once which is an obvious prove that i'm not a consistent blogger?

hehehe i hope this time aroung it will change..

so here's the pick of what i left

Aemil is now 1 year and 6 months..his vocab & update now are:

mama,baba,nana(hana-his sweet cousin),nini(granny),bibik,bibi(baby)
nak,nanak(taknak),tade(takde),air,yuyu(susu-this one he will mention it only once in a while)
ball,tin(train),car(equipped with the special sound effect of voom-vroom haha),yeyo(flower or whenever he sees trees?hehe),dog(with wuf wuf sound),cat(with meyo sound -meow la tuu :),bai(bear),tonten(fountain)
jatuh-he will let me or mr furby know that he has jatuh plus he will show where the spot is,jalan,duduk
he can say hi and bye
he love to pujuk me when i'm angry,he will caress my cheek and call me mama in the sweetest voice ish ish :)
he loves to sing twinkle twinkle little star(tinto tinto tin tin to-that's how he sings it hahaha)
he loves watching noddy & pocoyo
he loves fountain-one way of calming him or distract him is by showing the fountain at the frontgate clubhouse from our condo's balcony
he loves to dance to music-surely follow my footstep nih
he's capable to massage my back hehe percaya tak?

wow its been quite a while ya!i have been quite busy lately...hmm tak sempat nk blog plus i couldnt access my blog at all at office and now since i got access at home,so here i am.

i dont think i want to update anything bout myself for now..just nk update bout my son,aemil.

pejam celik pejam celik he has turned to 6 month old.he is really my heart n soul.

i like him when he smiles and giggles.i love him when he cries that implies he wants me to carry him,i love it when he laughs out loud(yes he does especially when we tickle him),he likes to touch me n mr furby's face whenever we are near him.he looked so curious hahaha and a whole lot new things and expression that he does.i really2 love him.

Raya Haji Belated Update

Last 6 days,Aemil has turned 4 months.He smiles and giggles a lot lately.He has also rolled over,able to grab toys and now busily sucking his chubby fingers yum yum.and look!he can even hold up his own bottle but then for less than a minute lah but he did this once or twice je.but for sure as a mommy i am so crazily excited seeing him doing that.

and like a busy bee,i haven't got time to update our raya haji trip to kota bharu.there,we have done Aemil's aqiqah and also cukur jambul.it was not planned actually.we were supposed to do it here as i promised all my dear friends who have not visited Aemil during my confinement to come during that time.

but then during raya haji,my father told mr furby that he has set aside 2 parts of 'daging' for Aemil's aqiqah.so Alhamdullillah everything went well there.

to my dear dear friends esp fini,aisyah,azila, yg belum sempat tgk aemil i will definitely be inviting u guys the our humble 'teratak' ye.

i have subscribed to http://www.babycenter.com/ since i was pregnant and have been receiving updates on my pregnancy week by week and now i'm getting updates for our mini furby's development week by week.

so after getting info & updates from it and from my little reading from 'what to expect-the first year',it seems important to have a good toy to stimulate the baby's brain.

so last nite,i was crazily pressing the soft piano from Fisher Price i just bought and he was kicking with excitement and his eyes was widely opened staring at the blinking lights.

and he also startled at the sounds of animals,songs the toy made.

and i hope i stimulate his brain just fine hehe.so i'm going to do that again tonight.

our maid has finally arrived.we have been waiting for her since last month.i have made up my mind not to expect so much from her.but to tell u the truth i am nervous.why?

a) well the fact that she is so 'kekok' carrying aemil.not used of taking care of baby.

b) the fact that i think she lied to us saying that she has never been here bcoz i can tell from the way she speaks her indonesian language is not that 'pekat',plus she got all malaysian vocab such as 'cincai'?where does an indonesian get that?

c) the fact that i think i am soft hearted.i'm afraid i cannot handle her huhu

to tell u the truth before she arrives,we were really eager of having a maid but then now she's here i just wish i didnt have one.why again?

a)its simple.its weird having stranger in the house esp when we move to our new condo next month.

b)i HATE it when have to trust my son with new stranger.i feel that no one should ever take care of him except for ME.

c)its ANNOYING when u have to explain to a person again and again on how something should be done.the list goes on and on and i am suffocated in my own stupid reasons to hate her.

well for now i guess i have to calm myself or i will go crazy paranoing things!

went to Liz Clairborne & Osh Kosh warehouse sale the other day.shall i say its frustrating!found that the kids clothes are limited and the price was not that attractive..its only 50% off the original price.hey i can get that kind of discount even if i dont go to warehouse sale.all shopping malls are having sale frenzy rite now!mothercare was having sale as well(there's some at 80%!)i bought shirts for aemil and some more bodysuits for him at hallmark at 50% off.

am in search of comfy shoes rite now.bought 1 high heel shoes & 1 flat pump the other day.i love those red heels but they always come in 5 to 7 inches high!o i dont think i can survive 2 minutes of walking!plus i dont think i'm high heels kinda person.i know i have every desire to wear them & buy them but to really wear them?hmmm very seldom.if u can look into my shoe cabinet,u'll see a lot of high heels that was worn maybe once or twice.that is why mr furby will always 'perli' me if i want to go & buy shoes.but hey i guess that is every women's therapy rite?

I just finished watching ugly betty's 1st season episodes which i totally love!

the show was awesome with a great storyline.i'm dying to fill in betty's shoes except being ugly hehehe...

u know working in a fashion magazine,lovin the clothes,the shoes just the people is a bit fake.i love vanessa william in that show,she looks amazing!just the character is a bit b****y.

and i'm hoping for betty to be with henry huhu.

the end of season 1 is full of drama.whatever it is cant wait to watch the 2nd season.a lot of celebrities hopping the wagon to be the guest list.juicyy!

I have started working since last Monday and shall i say i miss my babies(aemil & his daddy).
Mr Furby is at home currently coz he got 'sakit mata'.so he got to supervise the maid since he cannot be babysitting aemil takut jangkit(btw,my maid hasn't arrived yet,so temporarily we are relying to my sis in law's maid).
being my source of joy,my baby boy aemil without fail always bring smile to my face.now he can coo whenever he is talked to,he laughs,smiles and he seems cant wait to roll over!
always soo geram to kiss his chubby cheeks and to hug him.my honey honey bun!
while missing aemil,i'm now listing his things that i still haven't bought.
IKEA white chest drawer,sling carrier(do i really need this?),diaper bag and what else?
i love this chair that looks like a tree with downlight at the end of its branch which will be perfect for his room which also will turn out to be a waste coz its too pricey.
anyway,at 2 months his supposedly up until 3 months old clothes can no longer fits him lengthwise.so hv to pull out his 3 to 6 months clothes that i already gather in a box.
buying clothes i will put it on hold,coz i have spent on it during merdeka sale.my favourite splurge is at marks & spencer's.aemil's 7 bodysuits was just at RM47++ which means only RM6++ per bodysuit.not bad kan?
hmm waht else to beli for our furby junior nih?i dunno..the list should be endless but right now i'm just BLUrrrr...directions pointing to work i guess?so fellow friends any good suggestions?blurt it out?

Last 2 days Aemil has turned 2 months old and he weighs 6.1 kg!I am so happy and definitely cant wait to see my son grow each day.

I love the way he looked at me in the morning,the crystal eyes..and i love to see him smile and giggle.

I love the way how it feels when i hug him in my arms,kiss his chubby cheeks and how his fine soft hair curled up after bath.

O how i love my son and i just cannot explain how dear he is to my heart.

I am proud to introduce our pride n joy,NIK MUZAMIL EMRAN bin NIK MAHATHIR.

Our nama manja to him is Aemil(pronounce as 'air-meal').The name Emran was getting a lot of feedback since Erra is getting married to a guy with the same name but trust me it was just a coincidence.We were browsing the name in the net last minute as the initial name we planned to name him was getting opposed by the grandpas and grandmas.
Aemil was born on the 1st of September 2007.I know,i know!he was that close to be 'baby merdeka'!Alhamdullillah everything went well.here's the chronology:

4 am - my water broke

4 45 am - reached hospital

5 am - nurse checked and i was only dilated 1.5cm?

at this point i started to panic a bit coz i was told that average,a person will only dilate 1 cm in 1 hour!so i got a loooonngggg way to go!can i stand it?

745 am - dr roopi checked and yeayy i was already at 10cm and she told me i can start to push.

8 28 am - after 3rd push,Aemil was safely delivered.

Alhamdullillah....i feel so relieved and happy.He was born healthy and weighed 3.65kg.

Though i looked really2 bloated,and at first i was reluctant to post this picture but i'm still eager to share.Here's some picture on that day:

Makes Me Wonder

pheww!finally!i get to update in this blog after a long series of plateau hehehe
well the internet in the office went crayzeeee...the id has been blocked so left me with no choice but silence.
got a lot of things going on..my unborn baby just reached 31 weeks..well this time i got real kickin' from him..ALhamdullillah..that's a sign that he is active.
and now my body mass index has shooted up insanely and that leaves my feet bloated giganticly,my face has blown flat and round a la hello kitty and my body rapidly turned itselves into 1 huge shape that i dont have a name for it.
however,despite all the changes,nothing can compare to the happiness i'm currently feeling..tp i'm still a bit scared of my unknown future..in becoming a mummy.well wish me luck!
hmm what else...i'm into Maroon 5 rite now..love adam levine's voice.and also currently i'm reading a catchy chick lit "the rise and fall of a yummy mummy"..teh book totally helps knocking my brain to the reality of being a mummy.
i also went to melaka the other day to fulfill my so called cuti2 malaysia before the baby is born hehe
huhu i got a lot of things going but then i seem to be blank here..bile2 lah sambung..chow

last weekend me & mr furby went to penang with the girls & hubbies..we planned this for quite sometime so it was materialize at last..
our main objective is to hang out,have good time n mkn sedap2 which we actually did.

mula2 sampai penang we went to sungai bakap n eat ikan bawal masak taucu and kari udang which i must say the best i have tasted.tho i dont eat prawn due to allergies but sbb the kari looks so tempting bantai jugak..tapi nasib baik takde pape..i think maybe because the prawn was freshly prepared kot.but too bad the pix taken with my camera was not downloaded yet so i'm gonna post the one zarin sent.

Let’s just say since me becoming a mummy and mr furby becoming a daddy…all we ever do in preparing for our ever awaited child is nothing!notla exactly nothing nothing but nothing extravagant.not like we are not eager or anything,tp kena ikut pantang org tualah haih….
Yela we have’nt bought anything yet for the baby except we did buy a pair of booties that we couldn’t resist the other day while browsing thru the baby section.it was sooo cute..but I don’t want to exaggerate more on it…cant manage to have excitement at this moment of time(pantang org tua lagi)..so we kept that safely in a tight box at home.
Wellah..we have done quite a window shopping..and the other day while Mothercare was having its 20th anniversary I was drooling,and was really gatal tgn wanted to buy brg2 from there..but then we CANT..pantang huhu…but actually the real reason was byk brg2 dh habis kena sapu so we were left with not much of a choice..so Alhamdullillah if not I don’t knowlah..
I am now busy listing what to buy for the baby and to tell u the truth I am really confused with baby things yelah for example stroller..there’s a lot of type to choose from..and I can’t even begin what they are called..pening la..for those who can help me out figuring what’s good to buy,pls do…
And while I am being all confused,sempat lagi beli brg for diri sendiri(hey I should be sparing that for our baby)tp tak kisah coz I bought books..it’s a good excuse to shop when its for a good cause..is it?hehe
well let’s see.. I bought 3 chick flick for me..I really love ‘em!don’t ask me to read all those informational heavy thingy book I’m just too lazy to soak my brain in it..teruk kan?but hey I got pregnancy books and parenting books ok la tu ;)
also bought few gift books,mr furby bought his financial thingy books and I also bought recipe booklet..ha!this part bout having recipes at home,I never actually try to cook ‘em..part of me I feel really frustrated coz I don’t cook that much,only whenever I’m free or during weekends and it gets worse when I’m pregnant,tak masak langsung!..luckily my hubby don’t complains..but I should never take that for granted kan?well I did cook few dishes and I think he likes it a lot..just on my part rase tak best if only I could do it everyday hehe
so back to this shopping thingy last few days went to Dorothy Perkins coz ade sale but then frustrated coz maternity clothes takde sale..and the design this time tak best sgt so waiting for the next batch to come!since I’m running out of maternity clothes to wear and maternity stores to go to,am planning to go to bump in style in plaza damas next week maybe..problem with me is with my arms..a lot of skin to cover babe..HUGE!even though the baju is nicely fit to my body,but always sangkut kt lengan!hmmhhh!
I think I have been ridiculing myself for quite paragraphs..so next time la sambung k?

today seems like a sloooowww day...maybe because i constantly keep looking at the time..cant wait to go home..and be with my mr furby :)

last nite i had quite a conversation with my sis in law on raising kids.

pheww really dont know about that one(though its a bit too late now to say that considering my growing belly hehe)

hey dont get me wrong...i am as excited and as happy as a mommy to be could be..just i dont have the confidence to be a great mom which to lullaby my child softly to sleep,to wake up in the middle of the night to feed them milk without complaining,to clean them when they poopoo or puked,to be able to stop his/her wild cry,to give him/her mommy comfort,to give them enough care,love...i dont know it seems a hard work..i dont know how does our moms did it.

when looking at all things u have to give/do/sacrifice in raising kids,makes me wonder...have we done enough to appreciate and thank our mom for what they have done to raise us up?

sometimes i feel disappointed of myself,i wish i could have done a lot to my mom to show her how much she means to me,to share more long hours with her talking,laughing...and there's a lot more "i wish" in this subject of course... i hope i'll be able to fulfill all.

well back to my first wish which is to be a SUPER mom..wish me luck guys!

wow!its so delicious !its just wonderful to eat real kampung style food

and then before going up to office i stopped by at goreng pisang stall and bought 2pcs goreng pisang and 1 pc goreng ubi..hmmm!what's going on with me?

Last Saturday..i got food poisoning!Been to 2 kenduri..but i guess it must be the 2nd one but tak baik tuduh huhu

I woke up at 2 and slept at 5 am..It was so painful..It felt like my stomach was reaping hard..

and felt like mcm nk pitam..and i was sweating like hell.

That time the one thing my hubby and I was worried and concerned about was our baby :(

But luckily after i crazily flipped pages in my pregnancy book,found phrase saying that food poisoning will not affect the baby..pheww atleast the phrase can put me to sleep before i can meet up doctor the next day for final confirmation.

Alhamdullillah the doctor confirmed evrything's OK..so I'm a happy MOMMY again!

Last 2 weeks
Confused.I have been reading books on pregnancy and it has stated that I should be feeling some baby movement oredi..but as far as I'm concern..there's hardly anything that I can conclude as movement..
Well thanks to a lot of advise from family and friends..the movement is actually similar to a small twist of gas in your stomache(ala mcm perut masuk angin hehe)..since then I can breathe calmly..panic jap...

Last 2 days
Went to see my gynae...she's happy with the baby's growth..and the due date has deferred to 12th September 2007 ..and in about 2 weeks I will be able to know my blood test results..WISH ME LUCK!

Am soooo lazy to come to work..wish i can stay at home and SLEEP *yawn*

Lately I keep thinking and missing my kampung..I dont know whether its hormone or I'm just tired of living in the ever hectic city...but I miss my 'wan'(that is what we used to call our grandma) dearly..well what i really mean is..terribly.
I remember when we 'balik kampung' during raya,wan will waited patiently even if that time we arrived at 2 or 3 in the morning.She will then welcomed us with hugs and kisses..and while she definitely be sharing stories with my mom,my sister and I would be outside playing bunga api yeayy!!bestnye tak terkira!
and without miss after subuh wan will definitely be preparing her ever famous and most requested nasi lemak and nasi goreng.
the thing about her cooking,she's very particular about each ingredient she used,even the cili kering she will giling dgn batu giling instead of using blender.."lagi sedap" she said.
and in her kitchen she got 2 types of kitchen..1 with our modern gas stove another one is 'dapur kayu api'.she is still using dapur kayu api sometimes because she said it will bring great aroma and even makes the food tastes better.
well no complaint from me.she is definitely a great cook.
And I miss my wan's house.Since she passed..i hardly balik kampung..and now I want all that terribly...

The house got big stairs(just like Melaka house)..so every petang we would all sit and sip in the clean fresh air..the smell of the trees..the aroma of the house(rumah kayu)..i dont know i just dig kampung smell.so keliling wan's house got various type of trees..depan rumah we got pokok jambu air and pokok rambutan..then kat tepi we got pokok mangga biasa,pokok mangga epal,pokok jambu batu mmmmmmmm and we would sometime pluck the fruits nak buat 'colek'(if u were wondering it's actually kicap/cuka with garam and gula with a bit of cili padi and a bit of belacan for kick)..sedapnye..
we would usually enjoy colek depan rumah kat tangga...well sometimes wan would membebel she said 'ish anak dara tak elok duduk kat tangga'(but we will stubbornly duduk jugak kat situ)
and sometimes we have pakcik jual aiskrim and sometimes jual satay ikan...mmmm I always ordered aiskrim dgn roti which costs me around 20 cents.its just like hot dog bun,pakcik will definitely belah the top,put 3 scoops of your favourite ice cream flavour,sprinkle kacang..and voila!there u go .. the best cheap ice cream in the world!ni tak masuk pasal satay ikan..
he will sell 1 stick(with 3 fish balls) only for 10 cent.so he will grill the fish ball on the charcoal grill he got attched on the motor,and he will celup the satay in your choice of sauce..sauce manis ada..sauce pedas ada!oooo i miss all the ol skool thing..budak2 skrg maybe dont have that kind of experience..main police and thieves,batu seremban,main getah..oooooo i miss that..and kinda sad to see all the kids today dont have the innocence we once had..u know .evrything is so open now..its not that I'm not ok with it but i think kids should keep some innocence in them..and play when they should play..skrg budak umur 3 thn pun dh masuk sekolah..4 years pun dh pandai ABC and if your kids doensnt know how to spell by the time they are 7,they will be left far behind.
wow!how things changed.
well back to the subject!my kampung and wan....
I will lost count of pages if I ever wants to explain about my kampung,my wan and everything I know about my childhood memories....
How I feel I can never explain..how I missed evrything...my family..wan..deep down I hope wan will rest peacefully.. one thing for sure, the memories,the love,everything will always rests in here..in me.

last few weeks me and hubby just started to watch Prison Break,though I find it dull at first,I eventually fall for it on the 5th episode.

And suddenly I fall for Went for his coolness,charisma and my god good looks!

(nd putra jange muntah ye!i'm expressing here hehe)

and more and more I fall for him when I found out that in real life that he is a real smart guy(he went to Princeton!) similar to his character in Prison Break.

I know,I know !I have not been writing in here for quite a while ..and I received a complaint from my only reader (I think) PUTRA!!
Heheeh..reason being I was not feeling well last week.I got viral fever and worst still I could not take any medicine to cure it.
So leaving it all to my rest to help me heal..so Alhamdullillah this week I'm feeling better but not quite as normal as I was before(wink)...

Since yesterday I was having "Super Lazy Syndrome".I bet it was caused by the lengthy holidays we had previous week.so here I am being lazy..and ....sleepyyyy *yawn*.
I need something to uplift me!I know exercise is the answer..but dh lama sgt tak exercise,I'm afraid that I will faint just by lifting my arms!hahaha
Its true,somehow I'm afraid of my health condition.I missed the time when I can just walk,jog,aerobic without feeling seriously out of breath.
Well,its not too late.I hope ;)

Being ignorant as I always do,I welcomed 2007 without realizing that I am reaching 28 in August this year!arrrrgggghhhh!
Age is catching up!I still feel that I am the same girl when I was 17.
That is the BITTER truth.NATURE.
Just I hope I can grow old well.hah!
